This evening paddle begins at West Beach Resort, located on the northwest coast of Orcas Island. You’ll head out with your guide just before sunset, tracing the shoreline as the light softens and the sea settles into its evening rhythm.

As you paddle, you’ll take in views of Waldron Island, the Canadian Gulf Islands, and on clear evenings, possibly even Vancouver Island on the distant horizon. The timing of this tour makes it ideal for wildlife viewing, peaceful reflection, and unforgettable photos.

• Water-friendly footwear (sandals with heel straps or neoprene booties)

• Hat and sunglasses (you’ll be paddling toward the sun early on)
