How to use pre-paid vouchers:

Redeem Here!
If you have already purchased tickets (vouchers) through a third party website such as Groupon you must register your vouchers with us here to make a reservation.
Print out your voucher (or pull up on your mobile app).

Check the title on your voucher.

Reservations are required! Click the one of the links below for your specific tour and location.

Select desired date, time, and quantity of people: every person in your group needs their own voucher!

Click add to order.

Leave promo code blank and click check out.

Make sure you are only paying for taxes and fees, not full price tickets! If your final amount is very high, check your cart and click remove from order for the full price tickets!

Enter your contact information.

For each person enter the REDEMPTION CODE or VOUCHER NUMBER located underneath the barcode, a unique code for each person.

If it begins with "VS-" this is not the correct number. Please look for the Redemption Code!

Enter billing and credit card information and pay for sales tax and applicable fees.

An email confirmation will be sent.

You must arrive for check-in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Call the office at (360) 376-3711 with any scheduling issues or if you have followed all the above steps and not received an email confirmation from Orcas Wild with your reservation date and time.
